With Christmas just around the corner, we were lucky to shoot our last editorial for the year in Dior’s magical pop-up store in Sydney’s CBD. Open until the 31st of December, the store is home to their stunning Cruise 2019 collection, and a whole lot of visual delight in the form of wild animal sculptures (think lions, tigers, elephants and monkeys) which ‘roam’ the store.

It was love at first sight when it came to their traditional Toile de Jouy print, which has been given a new life by creative director Maria Grazia Chiuri. In a striking palette of blue and burgundy, the print covers the walls, floors, garments and accessories to create a wonderland-esque space that had us filling up our wishlist in no time.

We fell for the toy elephant in blue Toile de Jouy, the perfectly packaged candles, and the beach-themed capsule which included striped totes, towels and ‘Dway’ slides – just in time for the holidays.
